FUNDAMENTAL SERIES: THE SPINE

The spine, like the mind, exists in a protected space of muscle and reflex. Our bodies instinctively guard this vital center, often letting peripheral muscles dominate movement.

Once we understand how to access true spinal movement, we can transform protective patterns into dynamic possibility.

Inspired by Zen, Movement Archery highlights the value of practice as a way to improve one's presence within one's own body.

Combining meditation, dance, acrobatics, philosophy, conditioning and martial arts. It is a practice of creativity. Moving to rediscover the self, its potential and its interaction with the world.

We turn discipline into a creative tool and the body into a canvas for personal expression.
