Anyone with a human body interested in learning more about freedom of movement through rolls. The essay is designed to present ideas in a way that will benefit both beginners with short experience who look for learning structured basics and experienced professionals like dancers, martial artists, acrobats, freerunners, yogis, and coaches who can integrate the content to their own desires and discipline. We recommend starting with our 'ROLLS BASIC' course, as much of the material builds on the basic foundations taught in that course.

DO I NEED ANY EQUIPMENT?

The object and subject of this practice is your body and most of the work will need nothing more than attention, concentration and patience.
For some of the techniques we will cover you might want to start off with a soft surface like mats or grass before attempting them on a harder floor. Nevertheless, with a proper process over time all those techniques can be and are intended to be applied on a hard floor.

WHAT'S THE BENEFIT?
